Mozzarella : This package allows you to carry 150 to 200 g of mozzarella

  • 1 glass jar
  • 1 lid diameter 10 cm
  • 1 cheesecloth
  • 1 sachet of lactic acid bacteria, 5 g
  • 1 sachet of rennet at 2.5 ml
  • 5 g of leaves of basil bio
  • 10 g of coarse salt (for the brine)

Herbed cheese: Everything for making cheese 200 gr from 1L of milk

  • Jar 1062 ml, clear glass, made in France
  • Lid 10 cm opaque color silver gray flat
  • Mold 10 cm plastic with perforation
  • 1 sachet of liquid rennet
  • 1 sachet of lactic ferments
  • 5g of fine bio-herbs (chives)
