Butter : The content allows you to carry up to 1.2 kg of butter

  • Wooden mold oval fluted traditional 12x6,5x5 cm in beech. Part operable to a release faster and without the metal part for more hygiene.

  • 2 Bags of salt with spices-dose : 5 gr Fleur de Sel de guérande, the pepper of Espelette bio, 5 gr Fleur de sel sea Salt with citrus bio,
  • Bag of Dill 5 gr
  • 4 sheets of paper ingraissables 25x32 cm for the conservation of the butter log
  • 1m of string in unbleached linen to close the logs
  • 3 doses of 5 gr of lactic acid bacteria (preservation outside the fridge for 6 months) to give them a taste of authentic butter farmer to your recipe
  • 1 booklet of recipes from chef Sebastien ROME

Mustard :

  • 2 glass Jars with lid silver 150 ml
  • 100 g mustard seeds brown organic pouch cotton
  • 10 g of turmeric bio to tint the mustard
  • 5 g Sage bio and 5 g ground Ginger organic to be able to make 2 different recipes
  • Booklet 12 pages with instruction manual and recipe of our chef Sebastien ROME (Strasbourg)
