Returns

You have 14 days in which to return items to us.

For reasons of hygiene, we do not accept returns on boxer shorts and underwear.

During this period, you must treat the product and packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep it.

Goods must be returned within the same timeframe, in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all accessories, the user manual and a (copy) of the invoice/delivery note .

For reasons of hygiene, the return of underwear is not accepted.
The right of return cannot be exercised for unsealed bottles and consumables.
Incomplete, damaged or soiled goods will not be accepted.

Replacement or refund of defective product(s) :

Hopono reserves the right to decide whether or not to replace or refund the product(s) in question in accordance with the above-mentioned conditions.

For the replacement of a defective product or its reimbursement, the purchaser must provide photos or return the product(s) concerned so that we can take note of any manufacturing defects mentioned by the purchaser.

Costs in the event of withdrawal:

If the consumer makes use of his right of withdrawal for an item (except for a defective product), only the return costs are to be paid by the consumer.
If the consumer has paid an amount, the contractor will refund this amount as soon as possible, at the latest within 30 days of the return.

Sale products :
Products on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
