Discover the Choco Banana Cake Mix
Helping to combat food waste, our Dark Chocolate Banana Bread mix uses overripe bananas to create a delicious and nutritious product. The riper the bananas, the sweeter and more delicious the bread. Perfect for a responsible snack!
Ingredients to plan for:
3 ripe bananas
2 Eggs
120 grams of butter
The Recipe:
- Preheat the oven (electric 175°C, fan-assisted 160°C)
- Mash 2 bananas with a fork and mix in 2 eggs and the butter.
- Add the contents of the bottle and a pinch of salt to the mixture. Mix everything until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin. Cut the last banana in half lengthwise and place it on the bread.
- Place the pan in the middle of the oven for 60-70 minutes. Check the bread with a skewer. If there is still dough, it can take a little longer! If the skewer is clean, the bread is ready!
