How to Prepare it?

The preparation is simple:

• Remove 3/4 of the flowers from the jar and set aside
• Preheat the oven to 160 degrees Celsius (electric) or 145 degrees Celsius (fan)*
• Place the contents of the jar in a bowl and add the eggs, melted butter, yogurt and a pinch of salt
• Mix until you get a smooth paste.
• Pour into a greased cake pan and bake for 50 to 65 minutes
