Backpack or bike bag? No need to choose, this great bag does both! As a bike bag, it attaches to the luggage rack with two clip-on hooks and can be converted into a backpack in seconds. Then the hooks are hidden under the flap of the backpack. The interior is equipped with a thin lining, soft dividers, zippered sliding compartments and cup holders. The pannier hooks are expandable and fit tubes up to 13mm in diameter.
